AVOID THIS FACILITY AT ALL COST! My mother regretted her decision to live here until the day she died. Fantastically over-priced, poor food (skimpy one meal per day), unresponsive staff. And if that was all it was. the most egregious problem was that my mother entered under one contract, and then after one month was told that the contract "was no longer viable" and that she would have to sign another contract with terms very disfavourable to her, or risk "moving at the end of the month." the result of these hard-ball tactics by a "salesman" who is a former banker (enough said) was a gain of nearly $50,000 to Royal Oaks. DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES ARE WHAT CHARACTERIZE THIS ORGANIZATION. BEWARE!!!
