My parent has been a resident for almost 4 years at the manor. Each year it seems there is less and less efficient health care providers, specifically CNA's and nurses. CNA help is not enough. Many of the CNA's do not provide the care necessary to keep patients clean and well cared for, and morale is low. Quite often the patients don't get fed properly. It's are if the CNA's don't care to feed the patient or don't have time. The best CNA's are leaving for high wages elsewhere, and no one is being hired to replace those that have left.
