Need more staffing for such a big and populated inttitute, I feel the state of California should go back to hiring candy stripers, but trained and matured, with a articulate and medical mind, (not just a babysitter) who are unknowledgeable, of understanding people who have Dementia and other mentel detioration of the Brain. To be able to handle the siuation in a most sensitive professional matter. If they could bring in articulate Candy Stripers that would be a big help for the Health care place, since more extra help is needed to meet the needs of the residents. Who know's, someday somebodies parents, or themselves may end up being in a nusring home. Think ahead.
