The floor-staff are plentyful and are very attentive, and I would have given 4-starts for that. They are the main strength with this well-kept facility. As for the Doctor that makes the rounds in the evening, he is non communicative. After a month's stay (for Mom), we have never met him, spoken with him, nor does he respond to messages left for him. We had to threaten to call Medicare to get any needed changes in medication. The Administrator is a singular person and is a bit overwhelmed at times, although well intentioned and very considerate. She listens and explains things very clearly. The food for the patients is good, but takes forever to serve them (in the dining room) and not very many staff available to feed them if they need it.

Got my mother out of there. She had money, jewlery, eye glasses, etc. Stolen. Very sad place for anyone to stay in. Some of the nurses were great but over worked. Food is bad. Any concerns we had were ignored. Had meetings with staff to discuss our concerns, the people at the meeting never wrote down any of our concerns, never pulled out a pen, just nodded there heads and said they would look into it. Totally discusted with the people running that place.
