The first impression on super bowl Sunday was Michelle at the front desk very friendly, welcoming, and professional. The entire CNA's staff was very compassionate, customer focused, and efficient! The physical therapy staff are very safety conscious, explaining why I was doing the exercises and how it was benefitting me. Donna, Steven, were especially helpful. My therapy allowed me too rehab and go back home quicker than expected. My overall stay was very good.
