Never put a loved one at this facility!!! In my case, my loved one did not like this facility for several reasons and has been in a couple other facilities for rehab and enjoyed those experiences so much grandma told me she wants to live in skilled nursing. While grandma was at Whitney Oaks, I called to speak to her nurse on duty a couple times but the nurse was busy and would call me back. Called to talk to grandmas The Dr. Treating grandma, he was busy and would call me back. Never once received a return call from the nurses or the Dr.. So I placed a call to management to make a communication complaint. Grandma was discharged on September 11th 2014. The discharge took hours! I still not have heard from any of grandmas nurses, the physician, nor the management . Image that!
