I am calling the state about this awful place. My son-in-law was there for less then 24 hours. There was poop on the floor by the beds. The assistant took a paper towel and wiped it up, left chunks of residue. A puddle of urine was in the bathroom, we asked attendants to mop it up, twice, it was there the next morning, just dried up on the floor.
I took pictures and had the supervisor write and sign a statement that this was factual pictures and the supervisor verified how filthy the rooms were. The RN supervisor actually cried and apologized for the horrific conditions.
