Care response time is consistently slow. My brother urinated on himself after 45 minutes of waiting for a urinal. Unacceptable. I have filed a complaint with the Nursing Director and am hopeful and prayerful that conditions will improve. If your loved one must call Mission Carmichael home, spend as much time as possible with them so you can monitor care. Physical Therapy staff is excellent. Professional, respectful, caring.
