My mom is a patient and this place knowingly knew I didn't want her there charged themselves and paid those lives without her knowledge and consent. They rob you blind. Management here is terrible and the workers underneath are great. I feel for the employees. But management needs replacing. I can't wait to get my mom out of the rat hole

My mother was transferred to this facility after contracting stage 4 bed wounds at another facility in Los Angeles and the staff took great care of her! They treated us both with dignity, they were friendly and called me frequently with updates on my mother's health. The facility was clean and small so the staff knew who we were. Unfortuantely, my mother died from the wounds she received in the first facility, but Banning Health Care did everything they could for her and I am very happy that my mother was at this location when she passed away.

This facility is not equipped or organized to help a normally independent adult who has had a major mishap that requires constant pain treatment. There is not any rehab therapists on site to help with the patients physical and pain needs. A change in medication lead to inhumane and cruel treatment of the patient due to NO NEW MEDICATIONS are on-site. Discontinuing pain medications before the new ones have arrived on the facility are unacceptable and cruel. The noise level for a patient with a severe injury who requires care only because they are bedridden is unacceptable. Employees yelling down the halls causes great anxiety for those who are at the mercy of nursing staff due to the inability t get up and out of bed on their own due to their injuries. A patient should not ask for a diaper because it takes too long to get changed when they need to use the restroom or the bedpan in misplaced repetedly. This facility is for longterm/short term care for the individual who is not suffering from a sudden and healable injury. My mother was completely independent until her recent fall. Now she is dependent on the inadequancies of this facility to meet her basic needs. I hope and pray to GOD no other patient is placed here under the same circumstances and expected to have their intense acute pain needs treated with Tylenol because the facility cannot meet their needs until forced to do so by and outside authoritive agency. God Forbid you come to this facility without medication in hand. It takes 8 hours to get any of your medications when you arrive! I rue the day they placed my mother in an inadequate facility.

My mother was a resident at this facility for well over 3 months. It wasn't until the end did I notice all of their shady ways.

The nursing staff is understaffed and did not accomodate for my mom's needs.

My mom communicated by crying, so when she needed something or was uncomfortable or changing, she cried loud.

They found that to be disturbing enough to find reason to release my mom early.

They tried to send off with an early release and got the doctor to sign her off, where the doctor told the family he was going to sign for another month stay.

After Health Services stepped in to help with this decision. If it's found negligent then we will have to open a case against this facility.

Their first impression of the facility is CLEAN, only because they cram all the patients in the back in a small room to have activities. The front room is much more accomodating, but it must not LOOK nice.

Patients roam the halls without supervision and being that my mother is immobile and can't talk we found that to be a huge concern. When addressed it was laughed off.

The main interest is the money. They moved my mom from a large room to one half its size without notifying the family. and charged the same amount. the room only accomodated one family member at a time. Very inconvenient when we wanted to spend time with her.

Some of the staff were very helpful and nice. But the directives from the upper management were insensitive.
