This facility is a death sentence for you or your family member. The aloof staff is under trained and could care a less about you. My family member stayed here for a matter of months and had to be admitted to another facility for severe dehydration and consequently on the brink of kidney failure.

the facility has not recieved a complaint like this and the facility would be happy to talk with anyone concerning their concerns . the director of nursing is extemely approachable with concerns of family members and residents and does attent them personally. please contact the facility with any concerns we would be happy to help in anyway possible to assist with concerns. thank you for the opportunity.
unfortunately no one has brought any attention of this to staff and we have not had any intervention with these comments or any concerns if anyone would like to bring this concern to the director of nursing she would be happy to address it with anyone she is extremly approachable and has no problem with helping anyone out with concerns thank you hope you give us an opportunity to work with you. sincerely
