Review of Atherton Baptist Home

5 Star User Review

My mom and dad moved into Atherton in 2005, when his Alzheimer's had developed to the point he could no longer safely live at home. It was tough to have to separate them as my mom moved to an independent living apartment a quick walk away from the nursing home at the center of the campus, but the staff was amazingly kind and helpful. They settled in well, and my dad got excellent care, though my mom was always attentive to make sure the CNAs did their jobs well! He passed away two years ago and she continues to live there, very happy with the many activities and support that are provided. Atherton was a godsend when our family moved overseas when my husband's work was transferred, and I had real peace of mind to know that they were happy and well cared for.
