There are a lot of good people at Crestpark but I feel they are under staffed to give really good care to the residents. They do what they can in the time they have. Things get over looked if the resident doesn't complain. Hair doesn't get washed, teeth aren't brushed, socks don't get changed, meals are luke warm and fried foods hard, just to name a few. I know these things aren't life or death but are needed for a quality of life.

Many falls. I think residents need to go to hospital when they have bad falls.

i think crestpark needs more caring people and more help now the cnas dose a great job and are overwork and under paid as looking at the facility as a whole you can tell that most of the cnas cares a great deal you have also some great housekeepers that have a positive attitude i visit several times to decide if i wanted my mother out there and all i got from been out there were a lot of complaining about the aides were so tired working short and the people oh yeah the head people wasnt so friendly did not speak and it wasnt professsional just from visiting i decided not to put my mother in stuttgart crestpark i also visit with a friend who complains terrible about how they feel the head people are the ones with the complaint your aides are truly praise remeber treat your aides with dignity and remeber the aides spend the most time with the patients and knows the patient better then all stop treating your good aides unrespectful yes iseen this with my own eyes you run the nursig home with the aides who dose the adl i think it could be a great place if all get on track maybe you ned to lok at other nursing home and follow some of the foot print administation needs to visit patients and let them know they care about what go on in the facility i will keep visiting to see are your improving hopefully in the past i will be able to say your are one of the best it not too bad but it could be better
