The personel were very nice and helpful, answering my all of my questions fully and courteously. However, when I called back to inquire further, the receptionist was very rude and hung up the phone without even waiting until I had finished my sentance! I know that being a secretary can be stressful work, but rudeness is not acceptable in customer service. I was calm and extremely polite, and there was no call for a mean attitude and hanging up on me. Please hire someone with phone skills that will actually do their job. Thank you.
