Would not recommend Seven Springs to anyone! Do Not put your love ones in this terrible place! Not enough help. They will lie and tell you that they have more than enough help! Wrong! Dirty and smells! Residents suffer and no one cares! Adminstration is terrible! Food is horrible! Fire all the good nurses because it makes them look better to DHS!
