This facility took care of my mother for the last 1 1/2 months of her life.You hear horro stories from the public and on the news but until you actually see it first hand it is hard for it t come t life. The staff here was rude and most of them ignored what I thought were simple requests. Helping her take a shower on a regular schedule, changing clothes daily, assisting with meals to make sure she took in adequate nutrition(by the way, the food is horrible, hamburger helper seemed to be the culinary staffs best friend) There were times I came in mid-morning and it was obvious my mother had the same brief on she went to bed in and it wouldbe soaking wet and showing through her pants.I wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone
