The biggest problem that I have encountered is the lack of response by the staff to patient needs/requests. I have been there in the early afternoon and my father still in a soiled diaper and in bed. This is uncalled for and just laziness. The smell is another issue. Because of the lack of attention to patient cleaniness and room cleaniness (at times) is terrible as far as smell and cleanliness.
