Staff not trained or has lack of follow thorugh for the safety of the patient.
I will not recommend this place for the lack of concern and judgement. how it is getting 5 stars is beyond me. After numerous conversation with staff to secure or take precaustion with my mom as she was a fall risk, non were taken and she fell.
