My Dad was at this facility for about 2 months this past summer 2012, Dad turned 89 while there. A big part of the staff in his general area, probably 8 people, came into his room with a small cake and sang Happy birthday to him. He thought this was the greatest happening ever. Dad is a quiet, easy going individual. He enjoyed, and misses the time he was there. All the employes involved in his care treated him with great respect, and saw to his every need. He is in a small group home currently and speaks of the Sante' staff quite often. The only complaint he had while there was that he was cold, but that ended very quickly as they told him he could adjust the temp. right in his room. It was too warm for me the times I was there, and also probably for the staff, but they did not complain. I'm sure if asked, Dad would highly recommend this facility.
