I did my internship here in Spring 2011 and was shocked at how under staffed they were in the long term care where patients needs the most help and care Acute Care was also under staffed; the CNA's in LTC were just mean to them. Had I been in charged I would have fired most of them. I would never put my family here they need more caring people and more staff, and this was 4 12 hour day shifts. .
Out of the 12 CNA's I met only four were worthily of taking care of my family.
