I cannot believe that this center has remained open. I have been to visit a family friend several time and have found the ladies and gentlemen who reside there ignored when soiled and left for up to 20 minutes! My friend has told me they "get busy" and do not check to see if they need to be covered or uncovered to control their body temperature. On top of all of that the telephone staff is extremely rude, put me on hold without notice and then blatantly hung up on me when I expressed my discontent with being treated so rudely.
