New staff is very friendly and helpful. Improvements are coming along and looking great. I like the new attitude of the hired staffed. Coming in the building and see staff acknowledge patients is wonderful. However, changing the old staffs attitude and care of patients is a different story. Which makes communication between families and staff difficult.
Patient care improvements are coming along but slowly. Habits and attitudes of Chula Vista staff needs to be looked at closely. Patient staff relations is vital .
