I have worked for five years at citadel.The staff is amazing.Yes we have issues like all families however our patients are our first and foremost priority.Activities goes above.Nursing and rehab work closely together and administration is highly involved.Inservices are monthly to further education.The food could use a little work,but its difficult to please 100 people,we all like different foods.The average stay for our skilled is 12-14 days. Not bad.We have an angel program which is designed to get all dept.heads including executive director involved to meet the needs of our patients/residents.What a great place.
