Nursing service is fairly good and seem to genuinely care. Facility overall is clean. Physical therapy is very lacking. Food menu is poor and tastes awful.

I think people should come up with suggestions on how to improve things instead of complaining and not trying to do anything to improve quality. You can't fix something you don't know is broke.
