Review of Oak Knoll Health and Rehabilitation, LLC

I am very disappointed with this facility. My mother was a patient there for a month and she spent more time in the hospital than at the nursing home. Every time she was discharged from hospital I good condition she was sent back to hospital by Oak Knoll staff in VERY BAD shape. In a months time my mother was sent back to hospital from Oak Knoll with a bladder infection, pneumonia , uti and the last time with blood in her stool. When my mom got to the ER they found no blood in her stool but did find my mom covered in her stool where the staff left her to lay in her waist. I would not recommend this facility to someone if your family need a significant amount of care.
