This facility is clean and the staff was well organized. We were pleased with the outcome and would recommend Montrose over the other local nursing home.

Seemed like they didn't want to deal with my mother. She was on sleeping pills, pain pills, and almost on antidepressant within a week and couldn't stay awake to eat or do therapy. She was never on any of that before she went there. We moved her to a new facility and she is awake, alert and looks so much better. She seem to go down hill and back up so were glad we got her out of there.

they ignore patients especially at night

they dont clean their patients in a timely manner

father had red buttocks from need being cleaned from urine and feces which

he would set in for two hrs or more. Teeth never cleaned. Let to lie in bed for

the day instead of getting him up and out and active.

Aids, nurses ignored emergency buttons regularly

Do not go to this place. Ignore their good ratings, it is not the actual care your

loved one will receive

I will always be grateful for the wonderful nurses, nurses aides and staff for the care, loving and compassionate care they gave my dad Carlos.

They stole my 91 yr.old aunt's money behide the families back while her and her husband were both ill in the hospital and they never sent a bill to the P.O.A. or other family member's to pay. They overdarfted their account and left them broke. They took advantage of there mental weakness to steal ALL their MONEY! This place is ALL ABOUT THE ALMIGHTY DOLLAR!! I'VE REPORTED THEM AND WILL BE GETTING AN ATTORNEY TO HANDLE THIS SITUATION! I WOULD NEVER WANT THIS TO HAPPEN TO ANOTHER PERSON AND IF IT WASN'T FOR GOD PUTTING ME IN THEIR LIFE AT THIS TIME TO CARE FOR THEM THEY WOULD HAVE STOLEN AND TAKEN EVERYTHING THEY HAD EVER WORKED FOR AND SAVED FOR THEIR OLD AGE, LAND ETC.! THIS COMPANY DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THE PATIENTS ONLY WHAT THEY CAN GET AND HOW MUCH. THIS IS ANOTHER FACT ABOUT THIS WHOLE PLACE…. ( THEY WON'T SEND A PATIENT OUT TO THE HOSPITAL FOR ANY REASON UNLESS THEY ARE DYING!!! MY FAMILY MEMBER FAIL AND HIT THEIR HEAD IN A UNWITNESSED FALL AND WAS ON BLOOD THINNERS AND THEY DIDN'T SEND THEM OUT!! THIS PLACE IS THE MOST CROOKED PLACE I'VE EVER HEARD OF AND I KNOW A LOT OF DOCTORS AND NURSES! THEY LIGHT UP AT THE WORD MONEY AND THAT'S ALL I CAN SAY ABOUT THEM. IF YOU DO CHOOSE TO USE THEM REMEMBER YOU WERE WARNED!!!

Amazing doesn't give them justice….the way they treat their patients as if they were members of their own family is for starters. It's clean, my fathers needs are always met, and our questions and concerns are answered and addressed immediately. The compassion you just dont hear of anymore is there.
