Clay County Nursing Home is an excellent place for loved ones to be. There is a feel of home and family there. The staff are friendly and caring. There is a great activities department where the seniors are able to be involved and socialize. The Nursing Home Administration Team is very helpful in resolving any complaints or concerns. It is a home away from home. Love visiting there!
