Awful place

Not sure yet about this place I have just placed my mother there and before I had her signed in completely my son waiting in the lobby for me over heard some of the staff gossiping about her because of things they heard. Second day now, I called and it took 7 calls to finally get in touch with a nurse and then when I asked to speak with her she sounded doped up. I then spoke with the nurse and they said she has been sleeping all day and want eat. I was under the impression that they were to work with her and get her moving. We'll see. This is my first time having to place someone in a nursing home.

This is the place that I would want to receive care at when needed, the location, cleanliness of the facility, and staff was all top notch. These people run a tight ship and it shows, my father required rehab and during his stay there were no complaints, everyone was professional with a personal touch.
