This place is horrible. My dad was here two weeks. He was terribly neglected. When we finally had good people caring for him, they were discusted at how he had been cared for at Mount Ogden. If you care for your family, please take them someplace else

I had the opportunity to do one of my clinicals at this facility and I have to say I am very impressed. The staff is amazing! They genuinely have a great concern and care for these amazing people (who in my mind deserve nothing less then the best!) The atmosphere is very content and happy in my view. It is definitely a feel good place. This is the place where I would want my loved ones to be because I know they are in the best hands. I was also very impressed at the love and support of the families. Visitors all the time.

The only thing this facility cares about is money. Anything they can do to earn the most money. the staffing is based on who they are friends with not by who is most qualified. The pay for staffing is also based the same way. As far as patient care goes well you get what you pay for

We had my dad in Pineview after he had a stroke and it was awful. The therapy was ok but they seemed to do the same thing with everyone. It's like it was a therapy mill. I know it's hard to work with confused people but my dad had a hard time with 3 different therapists before they found one that sort of got along with him. They had to change his room a couple times also when they changed therapists. That seemed really crazy that he had to change rooms just because he got a new therapist. They have specific therapists for specific rooms and didn't want to just change the therapist without changing the room! Finally, when we took him home, they have some random requirement to check out by 11. My husband and I both work and neither of us could get there till after lunch and THEY HAD HIS BAGS PACKED AND WAITING BY THE FRONT DOOR!! It's like they thought they were doing us a favor by my dad being in their facility!
Again, we had such a bad experience, I'll never use them again. Hopefully we don't have to use anyone but it definitely won't be them.

My grandparent had called me on the phone, and is very hard of hearing. So he thought no one answered. I called the facility on another phone, while still on the other phone listening to my grandparent call for help. I was lied to the person on the phone said she sent a nurse in to check on him, and he was sound asleep. at this time I had been on the phone for 15 mins, listening to my grandparent yell for help. I called the nurse out on it, and told her to go into his room, and pick up the phone I was on there. She finally sent someone in, they picked up the phone and hung up. I asked to speak to a manager or someone higher, she said sorry they are not available. I went to the website, and no place to submit review. This facility is absolutely awful. I had a family ember ultimately time because of the poor quality care at this place. Most of the CNA's look like drug addicts who got their cert from a prison edcuation program.

Administrator is more concerned about money than patient care. My family member had been there for less than a week before they tried to move him to the worst room in the center so they could give his room to someone with better insurance. The CNA's and nurses are mostly rude and never introduce themselves to patients or family members. We watched several CNA's get fired within a day or two of my family member being there. The rehab center looks like more like a home gym with very little equipment. The only people that seem competent are the physical therapists. The director has walked past us numerous times without ever acknowledging us. The CNA's take up to a half hour or more to respond to pages from residents and are not very good at passing information along to each other. And that is what the head nurse admitted to us. Not very pleased by care and would never recommend this facility to anyone. The only reason that I am giving it 1 star is because there is not an option for 0 stars.

Pine view was recommended by my surgeon. Despite the pain from my surgery, I enjoyed my experience there and felt I was given good therapy.

Excellent care was provided to my mother at this facility. Staff was responsive to her needs and she felt safe there. Therapy was one on one and they got her moving to where she could go home again. Highly recommended.

Not impressed with this place at all, the nurses there have such attitudes! Certain things are just beneath them. Care was awful.
