If I could give a 0 I would! My loved one is currently a resident at The Willows. The facility looks nice. The employees I talked with talk a good talk. But, the way my parent is treated is beyond acceptable. I called via the button for someone to come to the room and an hour later no one showed up. My parent was WITHOUT water for several hours! This is unacceptable. No one will go and administer aid to the bathroom. What is wrong with this picture!!!!! The employees appear to be very busy, but doing what??? Sure not helping the residents! I will be looking to get my parent out of this in human facility. To all who are looking for a facility, pass this one right on by.

Had been told this was a wonderful place to place my mother. Wish I had checked around more. The staff is no where to be found when you need them. They laugh at the patients. My mother was treated horrible. When you are there they pretend to care but I have listened to them talk about the patients, and it was not nice. They tend to overmedicate, I guess so that they don't have to "work" as hard. My mother was wet all the time. The nurses and aides are on the phone all the time. (personal cell phones) If they feed a patient and the patient gets the least bit upset they will stop feeding and take them out of the dining room. It is really sad and I felt bad leaving the patients behind when I took my mom out.

Don't place your loved one here!! I have been trying for three days to get in touch with them to check on my loved one. They still haven't answered the phone!!!! This is the only way I have to check my family member since I live out of town - and yes, I do have the correct phone number. I was there earlier this week - the residents were just lined up against the walls - no interaction with staff or anyone else. Dinner was a around frozen pizza with corn that was so runny they had to eat it with a spoon…….can't wait to find another placement!!!!

The Willows is not only beautiful but the staff is attentive and caring. For the most part the staff gives 100%. Im glad that we chose the Willows Rehab and I tell everyone how wonderful the care is there.
