Sadly understaffed and over worked. Meds come from Spartanburg, and sometimes take longer to get to the patient than is acceptable. My parent waited 12 hours for a med to get from Spartanburg to the facility
Most of the staff are caring and sympathetic to the patient but are stretched so thin that it is imposable to meet their immediate needs. The call bell is answered but then you wait an much too long to get what you ask for.
Then there is the food, just be prepared to bring food from home or a take out.
